Membership Form

CAMA membership is open to individuals and institutions in Gila, Maricopa, Pinal, and Yavapai counties, Arizona.

The membership year is 1 September through 31 August. Both one- and two-year memberships are available, one-year memberships costing $125 for institutions or $25 for individuals and two-year memberships costing $200 for institutions or $40 for individuals.

Please note that CAMA must receive your application by 15 August 2010 to include your institution in the 2010–2012 brochure.
