Museum Description
The Children's Museum of Phoenix engages the minds, muscles and imaginations of children and the grown-ups who care about them.  Scheduled to open a permanent facility in early 2008 in the historic Monroe School in downtown Phoenix, the Children's Museum currently has 8 traveling exhibits that visit fairs, festivals and schools throughout Maricopa County.  The Children's Museum offers hands-on exhibits and programs with a focus on children ages 1-10 and their caregivers.  For more information about where to find our traveling exhibits in the community, or to learn more about the Museum, visit our website at www.childrensmuseumofphoenix.org or call (602)253-0501.
