Museum description

Operated by the Peoria Arizona Historical Society, the museum was built in the mid 1930s as a WPA project. The old Jail House was restored in 2002 to its 1938 state with funds and hard work from members of the Peoria Arizona Historical Society.

Souvenir photos can be taken behind bars in the jail, dressed in prisoner uniforms.
