Museum Description
The Shemer Art Center and Museum is a Santa Fe mission style house, built in the 1920s. Now a contemporary art museum operated by the City of Phoenix, artworks by Arizona artists are exhibited in this charming and homey atmosphere. Selections from the Permanent Collection and the Howard House, a miniature replica of an 1890 Colonial Mansion are also on view.
